An internet search of moving companies in my area is what led me to this company. Like many other moving companies, they did not have a spotless reputation. Unlike many other moving companies they were extremely helpful when it came time to getting a cost quote. This was the only company I called that actually made me feel like their goal was to help me, whereas some of the other guy's goal was just to get my credit card information. Wow! What an honest company! I had a few estimates and was shopping around and called Superior Moving and Storage. Their estimate was higher than the other ones I received and at first I felt like they were ripping me off. I had my mind set that I wasnt going to use them, and the day after my estimate the owner did what he said was a routine call back and out of curiosity I questioned him on why his quote was higher than the other 2 I got. As an older woman I needed help moving things around in my house when I acquire new furniture. My children live so far away and there was no way my husband and I could have mved everything by ourselves. We called this company and they sent two gentleman out to our home to assist us. The movers were very friendly and boy were they strong!

I decided to use them after getting 3 moving quotes total. This one was not the cheapest, but to their credit they were the most professional. One of the other companies sent someone in a personal car and he was dressed in street clothes. The representative from Superior was driving a labeled car and had a uniformed shirt on. My wife was home alone on the day of all the estimates so I was more comfortable with the professionalism of Superior Moving.

Superior was Superior ! This was the best move I have ever had!! In a very stressful time, everyone I talked to in connection with this move was wonderful !! After the estimator came out to give me an estimate in the early morning, the owner of the company called me to make sure I was satisfied with the estimate. I had to change the time of the move at the very last minute and the office managed to arrange that for me with no issue at all. Serena and George came out to do packing for my home. They were very polite and carefully wrapped all of the breakable glassware in bubble paper. What was most impressive and much appreciated was the way each box was marked with the contents, my name and the room the box belonged in. When the movers arrived they were nice guys, very respectful and knew what they were doing. The truck was clean and I was relieved of any stress knowing I was in good hands.
