Had Superior put a new furnace, thermostat,filter rack and humidifier in my house they were prompt and professional and tidy. Today 4-7-23 had a plumbing back up called Superior after hours and Joe was here in a half hour and was very informative and in& out in a half hour. Would highly recommend Superior to everyone I know!
I bought a central A/C unit from Superior Mechanical of Rochester MN and it was installed on 7/20. The installers did not leave a owner’s Manual or information on the warranty. I phone Jeff Jaeger on 7/30 and he promised to get me this information. Last Wednesday, I called and talked to Shane and he promised to take care of it. I have received nothing yet.
