Superior Meats in South Superior, Wi., are the best anywhere, from their variety of brats, jerky, beef sticks, smoked, and fresh meats.....all are delicious! Years ago I was a big fan of another beef jerky brand, whose quality has declined. Now, I buy all my Jerky from Superior Meats! My son loves it, as well, I brought him some last time I visited him in Ca., now I have to keep him supplied on a reg. basis. If your not hungry on the way there. You will be when you open the door. I love that place!
I stop here pretty frequently on my way home. The employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. Always good products. I got a ribeye here a couple months back, (not out of the ordinary for me to buy a ribeye from here) because this particular steak looked extra fatty. It was hands down the best steak I've ever had. I payed $45 for one at the Pickwick a month later and there was no comparison.
And still another day with no advertised specials left. I'm beginning to think that Superior Meats runs advertised specials just to draw shoppers in only to say we're out, but we do have something more expensive to sell you
