went in this last Sunday to get brats to take back home with us to south dakota and the guy who helped us was very rude and seemed crabby! we asked to get our brats packed separate so we knew which was which and he seemed very upset about it. we then went over to buy beef jerky and he made someone else help us like he didn't want to help anymore. we are always in to get brats to take home when we come visit and never had a problem and love the brats from superior meats but hope we never have to deal with such a rude worker a... read more

***update-Thank you to Ben and Rhonda for addressing the problem. We have gotten another meat bundle and it was done perfectly. We will definitely be back for more plus I love the Colorado jerky.**** We have always gotten our meat here in bundles and the last 3 times our order was either wrong or never made. Spoke to the meat manager Ben the second time there was an issue and told he would talk to the meat depot and that they were new. Usually we have had great experiences with buying meat bundles from Superior meats. The last three orders were either not done or not correctly packaged. We have reached out by telephone to them and have not had any positive response from them. We are not happy with the service we have received when we did get a response if we will talk to our staff, we have a bunch of new people. Three times our order was not done correctly. Don’t know if I will be back.
I have tried the new Revier steaks twice and they were the most flavorful cuts of beef I have ever tasted in this entire area!
Great meat. Helpful butchers. Great weekly specials. Love them
