Very unhappy customer today! Called and placed an order this morning, in which I was told the requested item was in stock. I was told it would be ready in 3 hours. It was a gift for my dad and also dinner for us tonight. At time of order my full name and number was requested. I arrived here at 4PM and my order couldn’t be found and when I told them what time I called, they eventually spoke with the person whom took my order and I was told that they didn’t realize they didn’t have any left. Made my annual road-trip to Superior Meats to load up on brats for the summer. Although I haven’t lived in Superior in 30 years, it’s always a drive (from Minneapolis) I’m happy to make for some of the best brats ever! I called a day ahead and they made sure my large order was prepped and ready for me. Counter service was friendly and very helpful. Thanks Superior Meats crew!
