they found other problems but able to resolve them
Unsure how to rate this but I asked for them to bring a rain sensor cause I knew this needed to be replaced. He came without the part but verified that was my issue. Saved me money as I m now replacing the sensor on my own. Also, he seemed distracted when inspecting the remainder of the system. The service call was barely worth it, so.... if I was not saving money by doing the job myself, I would be very disappointed.
