Horrible experience - technician came out and spent 2-3 minutes looking at furnace and came up with a diagnosis, charging $150+ I did not have confidence in the diagnosis so called in another company who sent a technician who properly diagnosed the problem after thoroughly looking at the furnace. Waste of money going with Superior.
