Superior plumbing provide us with a new hot water tank in less than 24 hours and did the repairs and explain how to use the new system. The technicians were professional and service over the phone was very good each time. Thank you
Our AC was working but not cooling, so we have engaged Superior Plumbing and Heating for diagnostic and repair. Since replacing some electrical components did not help we agreed to buy and install a new AC. Two days later two technicians showed up with a new AC unit. They worked very efficiently - they dismantled and removed the old AC, and while one of them was working in a furnace room, another one was working on AC unit outside. Both of the technicians who came to my house are professional and knowledgeable. They were able to answer my questions on how to take care of our AC systems.
Our AC stopped working in the middle of a heat wave. We had an HVAC Emergency Service and MTCE contract with another company. The soonest they could get a technician to us was 72 hours later. We called Superior and they had a technician to us within 2 hours of our call and a new AC unit installed and running within 15 hours. Professional, knowledeable respectful, timely, efficient and great communication.
I received prompt service from Superior HVAC, Heating and Air Conditioning - my hot water was restored by lunchtime after a morning call. The technician named George was friendly and the price was fair, and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again if needed.
