Not so long ago, I had a completely unacceptable experience with this company.They refused to provide any breakdown of pricing despite repeated requests. I was quoted $2,700 for a repair, yet they would not disclose the cost of parts. After doing my own research, I found the parts to be approximately $400–$600. The job itself should not have taken more than a couple of hours, which means they were effectively charging well over $2,000 in labour. That is absurd. I had my water heater’s gas valve replaced, and the experience was great! Ian was skilled, efficient, and got the job done quickly. Everything is working perfectly now, and the service was both reliable and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them for any water heater repairs!
I called Superior HVAC Service this morning and the technician was here within 2 hours! Amazing customer service from scheduling the appointment to completing the water heater installation job. The guys were very knowledgeable in their field and explained the process in a way that I understood everything they were doing. The prices are very reasonable!
