We recently had our AC repaired, and the experience exceeded our expectations. Our AC was working but not cooling, so we have engaged Superior Plumbing and Heating for diagnostic and repair. Since replacing some electrical components did not help we agreed to buy and install a new AC. Two days later two technicians showed up with a new AC unit. They worked very efficiently - they dismantled and removed the old AC, and while one of them was working in a furnace room, another one was working on AC unit outside. Our AC was not cooling especially as the days got hotter. I called a couple of service companies and Superior HVAC were able to get a tech come check it out same day. Note their service call rate is higher than the other companies we called. Daniel, HVAC tech came in and in a couple of minutes was able to narrow down the issue and walked us through possible options for the fix.
I called Superior Plumbing and Heating today and they sent an estimator withing a couple of hours. The two Technicians arrived with the new gas water heater tank about three hour later to install, which took about an hour. The Technicians were great at explaining what I needed to do (turn water on/off; after install care). I really appreciate the help that Superior Plumbing provided today as I was out of water for over three days. Thank you!
So happy we called Superior when our a/c stopped working. Tyler was great! Very knowledgeable and patient. He explained the problem and the options available. Priced things quickly and provided answers to all our questions. We will definitely call them again if needed. Thanks Tyler.
