We had a wonderful experience with Superior HVAC. The office staff were wonderful to deal with, the technicians who came into our home to do the work were great. Everyone was not only friendly, but also very efficient. The work was done quickly and perfect. No issues of any kind. I will definitely use them again when needed and recommend them to anyone. In case you are wondering, they put in a new furnace and fixed a leak. Two thumbs up, definitely 5 stars.
Our furnace started leaking on one of the coldest days of the year. I reached out to Superior late one night, and they scheduled Tyler to come the next day. Tyler was on time and diagnosed our problem quickly. We unfortunately needed a new furnace, but Tyler was able to schedule the replacement to occur the same day! I would give Superior HAVAC a 4.5 because the service was very good. Our furnace broke on one of the coldest days in the winter and they sent a technician as soon as they were able in the morning after a call to them at 8pm the previous evening. Nick the technician from Superior HVAC was courteous, efficient, professional and provided a clear explanation about what he thought the problems could be and possible solutions. Had a great experience with them, they came on time and did an excellent job on shutoff valve replacement. Service was quick and reliable.
They responded quickly to the call and offered several options to fix the issue. Then replaced my furnace in record time. It was located in a very difficult spot and they did the job well without having to cut into drywall. I recommend them any day.
