Superior was able to send a technician to check my furnace the morning after I called, which was very much appreciated given the extremely cold weather at the time. Tyler was friendly, professional, and very clear in explaining the issue. He managed to get the furnace functional to see us through that day, and then had it replaced the next afternoon.
Superior HVAC service was awesome start to finish. My furnace died on the coldest night of the year and they came out late night to diagnose my unit. My new furnace was installed the next day! Highly recommend them
Our old and tired furnace died in the morning in February and Elio had the new one installed by the afternoon. He was great about showing us the various models and helping us select one that was good for our budget. We are thrilled with our new one, and happy to have a warm house again in this chilly winter!
My furnace of 20+ years stopped working. Mathew was at the house by 1pm and detailed what we needed to replace the furnace. The Superior team had a new one installed by 9pm the same day! Great service and clean up.
Our 25+ yr furnace died in the early morning and Nick came by to assess by early afternoon. We had a new HE furnace installed by 11pm that same day which is amazing considering the requirement to drill out the intake and vent we didn't required before. It wasn't fun being without heat working from home on a super cold day, but Superior came through and we've got a great new unit to serve us for years to come. Thanks Superior!
