Booked a deep-clean but they skipped behind the appliances entirely. Surfaces had streaks, carpets were still stained, and bathroom fixtures looked just as grimy. Charged full price—left thoroughly disappointed.
I paid for a 4-hour move-in cleaning and specifically asked for the freezer and vent to be cleaned. These photos are from after they finished.
