Sylvia and her crew did an outstanding job! I asked her to do a last-minute project and she did not hesitate at all. She also went out of her way to communicate with me since I was out of town. I would recommend Superior Cleaning to everybody!
Besides not cleaning hardly ANYTHING we discussed after spending 3 hours in my completely empty and not very dirty house, I was appalled by their lack of punctuality. I waited 3 hours and 47 minutes for Stella to return to the house so I could show her everything that wasn't cleaned. Additionally my windows were not put back properly so they don't lock now....in one window they are upside down and backwards. Stella followed up right away after my inquiry scheduled same day evaluation and scheduled my condo move-out clean that week. Fantastic job highly recommend.
They were on time and did an excellent job! I will definitely hire them again.
