The cleaning is excellent. The price is too high
Stella was very professional and quick to respond to my inquiry and subsequent questions. The team of 4 that performed the cleaning were wonderful. Quick, thorough and did an excellent job. I have decided, due to my experience with this company, to hire them on a regular schedule. ⭐️
Stella was prompt in her response in coming to see me and providing an estimate. Her bid was fair and she was the only one willing to work with my schedule request. She was also very accommodating and communicated well with regard to making sure the schedule was set. No delays or days of waiting for a response. She arrived on the cleaning day and reiterate all the work that was to be done. She was kind and attentive and texted me right after the work was completed. Very happy and have booked future cleanings with her.
While they were in my home they pulled the metal hanger for my central vacuum hose out of the closet wall and tried to cover it up. They hung it up again putting more and bigger holes in the wall of the closet. A week later when I went to go hang up the hose, it fell off the wall revealing what had happened. I had noticed white powder on the floor inside the closet after they had been there but I cleaned it up thinking it had come from the hose or something. Yes we did respond and said that we would be glad to send a repair man to fix it you did not responded back and yes we forgot to clean the lanterns in the kitchen and offer to come back to clean it did not her back from her we where very sorry and try to make it up but no answer from her the hoses on the wall it was easy fix and for the house was 1 year hold yes she kept pretty good but never had the details done before again we are very sorry happy holidays??????

Stella gave me an estimate the day after I contacted them. She was very specific about what would be accomplished and met the team of three the first day at my house to walk through and show them what needed to be done. I have three little dogs, and everyone was very kind and good with them. The crew cleaned my house better than I've been able to do it in years!
