RecommendedLarry was recommended by a family friend. We had our inspection yesterday and he was fantastic on-site. Detailed, patient, friendly. We woke up to an inspection report that was to be expected based on his on-site attitude. The report can be intimidating, but he let's you know where to focus (verbally and through an executive summary). If you're looking for an inspector, I would highly recommend Larry. We will be recommending him as soon as we hear about home purchases.
