Fred saved my day. He is so knowledgeable and thorough with inspecting the house. I was very nervous about the house I'm buying because i dont know if theres any issues or going to be issues in the future. But after reading his well-written, thorough reports, I was able to make informed decisions. He is the best home inspector i have ever worked with.
