Why, hows about not screwing up the employees paychecks biweekly for starters. Actually stand up and admit responsibility they are not compotent to manually calculate hours. Rather than forcing the workers to file a lawsuit for thousands of dollars in back pay, only to settle out of court. Admit they did wrong and apologize. Instead its deny, deny deny with this company.
