I was extremely pleased with Luke, the concrete pumper. He was fantastic. Victor was also very pleasant. However, the owner was extremely rude and very challenging to work with. It was never stated that they would be leaving a small pool full of very heavy concrete (>300lbs). If I knew this was part of their process, I would have made different arrangements.
