Called Superior Glass Installations with a question regarding our Milgard AX550 and Mike spent 30 mins talking to me about the issue I had. Truly knowledgeable and kind. Very rare trait these days when everyone is in a hurry and trying to make the next buck.
Mike and his team came out 11 years ago to install triple pane windows, and they have been great! Recently one of the window locks broke. Within 2 days after calling Mike, he had his workers replace it, and it now works great! And they did not charge for the repair! I would give Mike and his team the highest marks for being very helpful. Definitely 5 stars rating!
Superior Glass was extremely helpful in helping me with my repair of a house window that would not stay open. His crew was booked way out. So Mike talked me through the process on the phone. Parts to order, where to order and how to install new parts. Thanks
Our new windows were installed yesterday. The team did a nice and quick job installing and explaining their work. The final product looks very professional. I'd also like to mention that these windows were of an odd size and shape and I appreciate the time Mike took to find a solid solution.
Mike was incredibly helpful and saved me however much it was going to cost to entirely replace my screen door. Walked me through what was likely wrong and how to fix. Thank you so much.
