Jack is a righteous guy and he’s full of knowledge. He really took the time to make sure we understood what we had. I got more knowledge than I expected from Superior Gem Lab, and spent less than I expected. I’ll definitely be back next time I acquire something unique

I flew in from out of town with a few items for appraisal. After talking with Jack about possibly getting GIA certification, he explained when it would be beneficial as well as expected timeframes. As I was only in town for a few days, I entrusted him with my pieces to send them out for GIA certification (which can take 2-6 weeks depending on their backlog).
