My sister had a automatic gate installed and is not working properly. Numerous calls made to get it fixed and finally a guy called my sister to come out and fix it didnt show up. My sister is 80yrs old and she paid them alot of money to be treated like this. They wont call you back. They send your number to a AI answering system so they don't have to talk to you. Terrible customer service.

I had a long detailed review written out, but I think this one sums it up just as well. Fence quality 5 stars, customer service/interaction 0 stars. 3 stars overall.

Selected Superior Fence based on internet feedback. However, our experience was very different. The design was supposedly aligned to our plot survey. The install ended up 3.6’ on our neighbors property at the front, although it was on the property line in the back. They, Nathan, said the foundation markers had been moved and took no responsibility or offered assistance in resolving. Our landscaper discovered the problem. We hired a surveyor who confirmed the original survey foundation points had not been moved.

Our wooden gate was blown down during one of our many storms. We had a new one built and are very pleased with the outcome. Great job 👍.
