Mr. Leytham came to my house on time and performed his service in a very professional manner. Once the job was completed, he gave me some excellent home improvement tips for the outside of my house. He is very knowledgeable and really understands exterior home maintenance.
We had our house washed by Superior Exterior last week. The house was filthy with mold, spider webs and just plain dirty. Walt came out and washed our house and it looks like brand new. He also used a chemical on our windows and our windows look perfect. Thanks Walt.
Company tried to stain neighbors home. They ruined their carpet, failed to show up on promised dates, never presented contract, Drained their well and left them without water for 24 hours. When Home owner fired them, he presented them with a bill for \$2500, this is for a total of 1.5 days[11 hours] [over \$200 perhr] and still no contract!. Warning do not use!!!
