Zach came to my home today to change out the spring to one of my garage doors. My setup was sort of out of ordinary, but he got the spring installed just fine. The most impressive part, though, came when the door was not sealing correctly at the bottom. He worked and worked, drilling some new holes to make adjustments until the door was sitting perfectly where it should be (and this was after I had told him it didn’t have to be perfect). I had a wonderful experience when I had Superior Doors out for maintenance - how often do you hear that about a service call? The professional who came, David, was efficient and thorough in checking/fixing a problem I had. He was able to service 2 doors and fix my problem in one hour so the bill was not more than anticipated.
