It took a week between calling and availability for an appointment. And now it’s been a week since they came out to inspect my garage door and I still have not received an estimate! I called three time to check on the estimate and each time they said “tomorrow.” I called a different local company and they took one day to come out and provided an estimate on the spot. Will be taking business elsewhere.

Brandon came out and took extra time to program my vehicles to existing doors other than the one door he installed. he heard existing doors making a little noise and took initiative to lubricate them for me. Everyone from the office staff to the installer was pleasure to work with.
I'm a pro mechanic, but I couldn't fix my garage door. Superior Door sent out a dude who fixed it in no time. This was my 5th call to them on different doors, they are great!
Wonderful, fast and honest customer service! I had problems with my office door and they fixed it quickly and without trying to sell me something more expensive than was necessary. I would absolutely recommend them!
