For a company the size of them to not be able to help clients over the phone. It's unbelievable. I walked into a store to pay so that a closer branch in a different city that's closer to the job can drop off. But when does it make sense that it can't be done. Dissatisfied. As a manager in a location they are usually ones to assist make a simple exception. But that to me is not smart business
They’re the best! Very helpful and kind!
Customer service is horrible. Cant believe they will not take a payment over the phone when they have before. Couldn’t finish my project today because of their ridiculous policy.
Love this place. Always friendly and funny employees and always know what they’re doing. Usually is a smooth experience the multiple times I’ve been there.
Cheats: did not hon or price quoted over phone. Straight out lied . I work for a roofing company I was in a bind to buy so I did. Won’t be passing by that way again.
