Quality is Acceptable. Not high-end but a bit better than rental-quality. Communication is as expected initially when your contract is being courted. Neil was responsive initially, then ignored my texts when I enquired about some details of the quote. But he unexpectedly contacted me to chase balance payment (which I had already paid - so maybe better communication w his accounts department?), what a cliche! I found superior design group very helpful indeed. I cannot fault their attention to detail, nor their willingness to adjust/make changes to the overall finished product once installed. Friendly, efficient and most accommodating. I would have no hesitation in using their services again.

There were many moving parts to our renovation which included wardrobes and joinery throughout our house. The Superior Design team were easy to deal with and the quality of their workmanship very pleasing. Even when little hiccups appeared they were quick to provide a solution which was appreciated. Lucas, our installer, was very knowledgeable and highly detailed which provided an excellent result for us. Thank you.
