I'm a retiree living in a remote area. I'm grateful for the professional help from Neil's team, which has made my life much more enjoyable. They're efficient, provide excellent quality work, and are responsible. I give them over five stars.
Quality is Acceptable. Not high-end but a bit better than rental-quality. Communication is as expected initially when your contract is being courted. Neil was responsive initially, then ignored my texts when I enquired about some details of the quote. But he unexpectedly contacted me to chase balance payment (which I had already paid - so maybe better communication w his accounts department?), what a cliche! I found superior design group very helpful indeed. I cannot fault their attention to detail, nor their willingness to adjust/make changes to the overall finished product once installed. Friendly, efficient and most accommodating. I would have no hesitation in using their services again.
Neil, Ali and the team did a great job designing and installing wardrobes for all our bedrooms. Delivered on time and installed without fuss. Highly recommended.
