I hired Superior Damage Restoration to address a water and mold issue in my home. At first, they seemed professional and completed the job. However, just a few months later, the exact same problem reappeared. Clearly indicating that the issue was not properly resolved the first time. We called SDR because our main level got flooded as a result of a sewage line break. It was super stressful. Their crew arrived pretty quickly and was actually super calm, they came ready with all the equipment and even brought another crew to help out once they realized the scale. This was pretty useful and spet up the process. I can't thank them enough. If you ever find yourself in a flooded house I'd strongly recommend calling them.

Shawn and his team arrived within 22 mins of our call, I couldn't believe it!! I loved the fact they expected a crew for a nearby project, once they realized the urgency and the scale of the flood we had. Their crew worked hard and managed to complete the mitigation within a couple of days. They also brought more equipment which was needed at some point.
