I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication from Superior Community Management. I have reached out multiple times through both email and phone calls regarding important matters, and my messages have repeatedly gone unanswered. It is frustrating trying to get basic communication or follow-up when concerns are being ignored. HOA caused tons of people to leave the condo community - thousands of dollars in fees with no notice. They do nothing about complaints. Parking situation was already horrible, then they put a tiny home in the visitor parking for the construction workers to live for the next 6+ months. Parking is a nightmare and we are paying tons of money with no notice given. If you’re considering this community management company—don’t. My experience working with Ashlyn has been consistently frustrating and unprofessional. Basic questions and reasonable requests are treated like a burden, and responses—when you actually get them—are dismissive and condescending. My mother is currently undergoing cancer treatment, and I’ve stepped in to help manage her HOA responsibilities during an already difficult time. Superior Property Management manages my condo community at Jefferson Park Condominiums. When I've had any needed maintenance on my condo they have been extremely efficient having the work done as quickly as possible.
