All the other 1 star reviews tell you everything you need to know. The aggressive replies & lack of acknowledgment to complaints and concerns are very telling of their business practices. Edit to say: nothing was done about my report until I posted a review here, and the problem still remains.
Our HOA went through a major construction project where we had to replace the roof and siding. Lorie with Superior was instrumental in helping us walk through the process of the financing and working with our contractor. We couldn't have done it without her. She's very knowledgeable on dealing with big projects and day to day operations.

Edit: I attempted to call business and Lorie was unavailable to be spoken to. Honestly I’ve given up all attempts at getting help and will seek alternative rental options. Community is unsafe, loud, and the worst I have lived in.
Superior is great to work with and always professional and their attention to detail is off the charts!
