I hired this technician to assess my non-functional heat pump based on many positive reviews, but my experience didn’t align with what others described. He recommended replacing my two-year-old system and proposed an expensive refrigerant recharge without first locating the leak — which seemed questionable. My HVAC stopped working on a Wednesday. I called Superior and had an appointment set for the next day. Technician arrived on time. The problem was diagnosed and resolved within 30 mins. My wife and I are COMPLETELY satisfied with the services and HIGHLY RECOMMEND Superior Comfort Heating.
