Derek was an awesome help to our family during this stressful time with the recent rain. He was informative and understanding, displaying expertise and professionalism to help address the water damage. He did not press for any services, but explained the purpose of each step, helping us to understand the purpose behind each part of the process. He was courteous and respectful to my family, especially in the midst of cultural and language barriers.

We had Derek out to give us a free inspection after a localized leak damaged some baseboards and beams inside a wall. He's great to work with - very communicative, professional, and transparent, showing us thermal readings and images every step of the way so we could get the full picture.
