Called to schedule an appointment for recall work and a diagnostic of leaking coolant on a 2015 ecodiesel. They informed me I would have to wait until the part came in as they didn’t stock it. I waited three weeks and called back and they informed me they did indeed have the part and scheduled me for the Thursday of that week. They called back to tell me they would be changing my appointment until the following Thursday to let a level 3 tech diagnose the coolant leak. Roger Nottingham was the BEST when it came to selling me my crossover. He was friendly, let me moan and groan and ask a million questions, but most importantly he was patient.
