I bought my Camaro from Glockner's a couple years ago and have always had it serviced at Superior . Service has been great. Also, very friendly sales staff. Have to come by see if Ryan can talk me into trading it in for a new truck
Do not take your car to have it serviced at superior in Ashland, ky!!!! They will pretty much try to rob you. Had to have a service done about 4 months ago for a recall to get a trailer hitch put on and they informed me that my jeep needed a little tlc, quoted me for what I needed done to be around $500-$600. Had an appointment today to get things fixed. Which they already knew what needed to be done with my jeep. They had to reevaluate my jeep (which cost me $111.43) and called me with a quote of $2400!!!!!!!!!! I called to... read more
Purchased one vehicle there and it was a reasonable deal, but have had to deal with service department on a few occassions and i must say they ruin this place. Recently had an appointment for an issue at 8 in the morning, was told to drop it off, they never touched it all day. Another time my wifes had a recall. The recall was for a cylinder head replacement. They issued a loaner to us and said it would be days before it was fixed. They called us the next day stating they need the loaner and hers was fixed.
