Worked with Liz Roberts to get my Jeep, and she did amazing. This was the first car I purchased by myself, and she made the process very easy, quick and understandable. She went over all risks, and when the process slowed down when my papers were being signed, she went in to make sure I wasn't kept waiting. Great shopping experience. So I bought a used truck last week and it was out of align. I took it in on Tuesday for an alignment and then Tuesday afternoon it started a death shake, the front end out of control on the highway. I took it back in and they said I needed to have the stabilizer bar replaced, so I had them do it. 2 1/2 hours after the projected pick up time, it was ready. My huband and i were just looking for a vehicle that we might get when we recieved our taxes... had no intention on buying anything, but the sales team kevin and kenny answered all our questions... listened to us.. and came back with an offer that left us no choice but to drive home with a 2017 dodge journey.. im so glad we stopped there. They made us feel right at home. This is our first "new" car and they made the experince so easy!

We just bought a new Citadel from Glockner of Ashland. Liz Roberts and Mark Combs waited on us.. My husband went in looking for a used car and Liz was such an outstanding salesperson we walked out with a brand new vehicle with full warranties. Mark was a great salesman also. Both were very personable and honest. We will definitely consider Glockner when we are ready to purchase another vehicle.
