I was super impressed with the service that I received at Glockner's. I had no intention of buying a truck but Liz Roberts made it super easy. She is an amazing saleswoman and an even better person. Hands down my best experience buying a vehicle. I would recommend anyone, and everyone, to talk with Liz when you're ready to purchase your next vehicle.
Stay away from this incompetent dealer. They installed a new motor. Took 2.5 weeks. Was quoted 3-4 days. Said I needed a new starter. That was a lie. Thieves. Botched the reinstallation of the wiring to the transmission. A diff dealer fixed it after it was towed away. Mechanics never did reinstall the transmission lines correctly. Another leak started due to his shoddy work. Any place but here.
Liz Roberts is the best! She helped me find the perfect first car!! Glockner treated us right! I highly recommend Glockner and make sure to ask for Liz!!

We are visiting family in Ohio. We came across the river to have our jeep looked at. We had 5 star service from the warm welcome to the end of the visit! They looked at an issue on our jeep, we weren't charged to look at a small issue and then we were given information on what they could do for us. They were honest about a part not being in on time since we are going home on Monday. Their hospitality was wonderful and I wish where we live in MD had this much professionalism.
