Customer service started with the call to get an appointment. Set the appointment for first available; stayed in touch for arrival. Even called them to set an appointment for my parents. Cleaning crew was prompt/clean and very knowledgable. Will certainly call them again.
I am thrilled with how the work turned out. The guys were polite, professional, and tidy which is an added perk beyond the quality work. I have a hard to find brick, so it wasn?t an option to use that same brick. We found a near perfect match. It blends so nicely with the existing ones. I recommend Superior Chimney both for Chimney work and Tuckpointing.
Superior Chimney Services repaired several issues with our older fireplace inside and out. The men where friendly, professional and extreme neat. They arrived on time, and completed the work in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend this company.
