They could schedule me within two weeks for chimney cap installation, within one week for chimney crown installation, and two weeks for removal of wood mould from chimney crown. Pretty reliable service. They might improve on communicating with city services when road repair projects are performed at the location. But except that, good quality service what they are appointed to do. Time will test the installations :)
***** and ****** came and inspected our fireplace and chimney. Did a chimney sweep as well. Highly recommended very thorough and professional, and kept the work area clean.
