Every time we bring our 2014 Impala in for service we are professionally greeted and treated with respect. While our vehicle is being serviced we are able to look around at the inventory without being pressured by pushy salespeople to get us to try and trade ours in or buy a second vehicle, which we already have. We've never had a bad experience there and they do not do any work with out asking you first. The service manager says next time you may need this done but isn't like you have to have this done. I got my windows tinted at superior a few days ago. It was a very bad decision. Not only did they take 7 hours to tint 4 side windows and a backglass, but they did a terrible job on it. They also lied to me about the price and about when my vehicle would be finished. I was charged more than i should have been.
Just so everyone knows superior Chevy is the biggest joke I have ever seen they keep my truck all day I come to pick it up from getting a front end alignment fuel filter changed and air filter changed they then informed me my truck is to large for there machine to align! This company is a joke do not take your cars or truck here is you want them done the same day or done right!!
Buying a vehicle is one of the biggest investments we'll ever make. With that being said take the time to drive some where else. My experience with this dealership was by far the worst truck buying experience I've ever had. The salesman was pushy, the sales manager called me a lier, the owner (Dean) informed me that if I don't like it to go some where else. Clearly at this dealership the customer is not number one.
