First off this is NOT the correct location for this Dr office it's on western and 165th. Next the staff at the correct office are young and horrible. They have given me the wrong paperwork twice. The actual Dr ,an Asain guy, rude and disrespect. He swung the door open so hard and fast he hit me with the huge black door, never apologized. Just made a statement, shouldn't be behind the door.
