Superior is a joke. They lie and play with employees and cheat the system
I love Morgan, the service writer. However, the dealership and their technicians are another issue. Took my car in for an oil leak - 2017 CT6 with 35,000 miles on it. They swore up and down no leak. Well, that's just weird cause I have put something underneath the car in my garage at home and there is for sure a leak. Called them back to say it is still leaking, they now have no technicians at all. Took it to Cole Cadillac, they found the problem immediately - rear engine seal leak that is a 16-hour job.
