Superior Body Shop is grossly unprofessional I have painted a few cars in my day as a hobby and know my way around a spray booth and when my Lotus was in a small accident the Lotus dealer recommended Superior because they have worked with the Elise since it came to the US. best shop ever !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was involved in a collision on my 08 Lexus LX 570. I called the dealership Putnam Lexus to refer me to a body shop and they suggested Superior Body Shop. AMAZING BODY SHOP!! I was referred by the audi dealership in Burlingame. It was a brand new car 2008 audi A4 and was rear ended. The damage was extreme and i thought my car would never look new again until i saw the results after taking it to SUPERIOR BODY SHOP! They were very helpful and professional. The Worlds Greatest Body Shop! I was referred by a friend who told me that this shop is the greatest. I can't believe what a beautiful job they did!!! I can't get over what an amazing paint job they have done. This is the best Auto Body Shop. I will recommend everyone that I know to this shop.
Great Expierence!!!! My Infiniti G35 was returned to me in a timly fashion, and in as-new condition!!! I love the attention to detail, and all my friends and family will be bringing their cars to Superior Body Shop!!
Terrible repairs- DO NOT EVEN THINK OF USING THIS BODY PLACE This place SUX. I have had my Audi in this body shop for 4 MONTHS and all they did was lie lie lie. I know they lied because they said that my headlight was back-ordered from Germany and so I called Audi BY MYSELF and they said there was two head lights in stock and they could ship them imediately.
Completely irresponsible and terrible customer service I brought my $100,000 car into this shop for substantial repairs. I should have listened to all of the review here- these guys are absolute amateurs with NO CONCEPT of customer service.
