Great Expierence!!!! My Infiniti G35 was returned to me in a timly fashion, and in as-new condition!!! I love the attention to detail, and all my friends and family will be bringing their cars to Superior Body Shop!!
Terrible repairs- DO NOT EVEN THINK OF USING THIS BODY PLACE This place SUX. I have had my Audi in this body shop for 4 MONTHS and all they did was lie lie lie. I know they lied because they said that my headlight was back-ordered from Germany and so I called Audi BY MYSELF and they said there was two head lights in stock and they could ship them imediately. The Worlds Greatest Body Shop! I was referred by a friend who told me that this shop is the greatest. I can't believe what a beautiful job they did!!! I can't get over what an amazing paint job they have done. This is the best Auto Body Shop. I will recommend everyone that I know to this shop. Completely irresponsible and terrible customer service I brought my $100,000 car into this shop for substantial repairs. I should have listened to all of the review here- these guys are absolute amateurs with NO CONCEPT of customer service. The details, they basically lied to me and tricked me in to paying nearly $3,000 in storage fees. Some of the people (Maha and the receptionist) are reasonably easy to deal with, but the vast majority of these post-pubescent teenagers are idiots. excellent auto body repair I have had worked done by them for the last couple of extensive body work on my car. They have done a magnificent job putting the car back to factory conditions and their facility is state of the art.

Truly Superior I was surprised to see anything less than 5 stars for Superior Auto Body in San Carlos. I canât speak to specific problems cited by others who provided ratings, but my own experience has been problem-free and absolutely great since I first had work done by them in the early 1970s. Expensive And Irresponsible Audi from Burlingame recommended this place. They changed the main door of my Audi after a crush and charged almost 5K. The repair look good for a few months and then the door started to sag. I took it back to Superior with the warranty still in effect and their response was that I crushed again and that is the reason for the sagging door. I did not have a new accident. This guys are irresponsible and expensive. DON'T GO THERE
Superior Body Shop is grossly unprofessional I have painted a few cars in my day as a hobby and know my way around a spray booth and when my Lotus was in a small accident the Lotus dealer recommended Superior because they have worked with the Elise since it came to the US. I am new to the Bay Area and thus didnât know of any good body shops yet.
