All Superior Blinds orders are final & no returns are allowed FULL STOP - regardless of whether the product meets customer expectations or not. Matt's communication style resulted in both my wife and I receiving a product that does not meet our expectations. I worked with Matt and he was amazing. I have floor to ceiling blinds and I had difficulty lifting them. He took them all down, had them remade with a different way to bring them up and they are absolutely perfect. Superior Blinds & Matt are the best, I would trust them with all my window covering needs.
