My car started making a strange noise Fri evening. Steve made time to see me right away and fix it!! He gave an accurate estimate as to how long the repair would take (as He knew i would be waiting for the car). He explained what was wrong, what they did to correct the problem, and answered all my questions in layman terms, much appreciated as i don't speak mechanic fluently. I trust Steve completely! I've been taking my cars to him for years now. I recently bought an Odyssey from a dealership after they told me all the fluids where changed out. After buying cars I always take them to Steve to go over the car. He found that the Transmission fluid was in serious neglect and found a few more small things that needed to be replaced. He spent the time to walk around my car and explain this all to me in detail. Just one example of how Steve at Superior saved me from trashing a Transmission.
