I called them today to see if they are willing to negotiate to an actual Kelly Blue Book retail value on a couple of vehicles they have on their website, glad I called because the phone call was even a waste of time. I was very up front with the person that answered the phone about how they were at least $1000 over the top Kelly Blue Book retail value of each car I looked at and would they be willing to negotiate to an appropriate price for something I was interested in buying.
