Does not respond to email. Dose not respond to text. Almost never picks up the phone when called. Google address is incorrect. Address on Web site is for a smash repair that knows about this company but swears its not them. I days after ordering, still no confirmation, no tracking, no update on a part listed as in stock.
One of the worst businesses I've dealt with. I purchased an item through their eBay store, and it took nearly two weeks before I was even provided with tracking details. Since Friday, the tracking has not changed because the parcel still hasn't been handed over to Australia Post. The only update is that a shipping label has been created. Picked up a Sniper 2 system from James today and it couldn’t have gone better. A really great guy to deal with and he couldn’t be more helpful. Not sure what issues others have had, but I’m extremely happy with the entire process.
Absolutely avoid this business. I called ahead to confirm stock and was told the parts were in stock and ready to ship. I was even sent a direct link to the exact items.
