I used to go here all the time, and I used to love it,but now they don’t care about the customers anywhere near as much as they used to and just try and rush you off the phone or out the door. Learn some customer service skills!

Superior Auto Parts is absolutely fantastic! I went in two years ago with a tire to be replaced. Since then I've bought two Jeeps from them, and a set of new tires (for an older truck). Both Jeeps were quality vehicles at a very fair price. About a month after buying the first I totaled it and went back for the second. They did everything they could and went out of their way to get me my second, they did 1000% more than above and beyond. Always take care of you here, if they don't have the part they can almost always order it for you . Today they're getting me a reasonably priced tow to their shop and going to try to fix me up ! Fuel pump blues ...
Not impressed with how they act and talk to customers. Bill grill jr is very rude and narrcasistic. If you are looking for used car parts, I suggest looking elsewhere. This place does not value customers at all.
Bad customer service wrong parts was totally rude and got the part wrong 4 xs in a row unbelievable they where so rude
I have used them multiple time for different trucks and cars. Great service, great prices - they have everything you could need. I have found this to be a one stop shop, they can do everything I need for all of my trucks and cars! Thanks Bill and Bill for such wonderful service over the years!
