They sold me an unsafe vehicle that makes grinding noises when you brake and didn’t explain anything in the contract it was around closing time so they rushed thourgh everything they did I wasn’t informed that they had a 3 day exchange program this place is by far the worst place ever to buy a car

When I arrived at superior auto I walked in to two smiling faces and instantly felt welcomed. Lexy informed me that she was the only one there able to do sales at the moment but she was willing to help Sam make the sale to us. So there we sat as lexy worked on selling one car. She coached sam through selling another. Not once did we feel unseen or unwanted in this atmosphere. These two are amazing! Way to go Lexy and Sam!
