Not a very good place to do business I'll definitely be refinancing my truck somewhere else wouldn't recommend anyone going there I carry full coverage on my truck and they are charging me their own insurance that they put on my truck as well I've even had my agent reach out to them and still haven't gotten it resolved
Michelle at the Owensboro branch did a fantastic job working with me and getting me in the vehicle I wanted when I didn't think I would be able to. Got my payments where I was comfortable and maneuvered things so I could take the vehicle home that day. Kudos to them for working with the customers so well.
