this place is an absolute JOKE! i’ve been going through them since Oct of 2020/2021. i had never missed a payment until this week. my van was repoed (which is my fault) i walked in to make my payment & right from the start the lady was rude as hell. she was rude & shitty the entire time i was in there. idk who you all have working in your office but you guys need to get better people in there. she was extremely unprofessional.
I REALLY COULD GO ON AND ON ABOUT THIS BUSINESS, BUT IT’S WAY TO MUCH COVER!! JUST KNOW THIS… THEY’RE REPOSSESSING CARS FROM CUSTOMERS THAT’S AN HOUR LATE, OR A DAY LATE… MEANWHILE I KNOW A CUSTOMER RIGHT NOW THAT’S ROUGHLY 4 MONTHS BEHIND, HAVE MADE CONTACT WITH THE CUSTOMER AND THE CUSTOMER TOLD SUPERIOR REPRESENTATIVES DO NOT COME BACK!!
