Jeanette was so very kind and patient with me on the phone because I had to go back and forth with her and my insurance company. My windshield had to be replaced. Speaking with Leo, he was very kind and professional. Watching him inspect my car, his expertise was truly demonstrated. I was called hours before the original pickup time the car was to be ready.
